Nutritional Information

The nutritional value of food flavouring will fluctuate minutely between brands. The average calorie range is between 0 and 200 calories per 100g,  with the exception being 0-700 calories for oil Soluble flavours. The important point to raise here is that these calories are with the flavouring in an undiluted form. With the average use of flavours being 0.3%, the calories contributed in food or beverage applications are approximately 0.5 to 2 calories per 100 grams


Generally speaking, most flavourings are Sugar free, Gluten free, Peanut Free, Vegan Friendly, Keto friendly, Sodium free, fat free, and Kosher certified.
