🍏🍐 Apple & Pear Speculoos Crumble
If you’ve been on TikTok lately, you’ve probably seen Biscoff desserts everywhere. But Biscoff is actually a type of Speculoos — a warm, spiced biscuit flavour with notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, and caramelised sugar.
So if you love that rich, spiced, caramel biscuit taste, this Apple & Pear Speculoos Crumble is the perfect way to bring the trend into your own kitchen. Even better? It’s a no-bake dessert that feels indulgent but is surprisingly easy to make.

½ cup (about 120 g) Greek yogurt (full fat or 2% works best)

½ tsp cinnamon (optional)

Instructions
- Mix Greek yogurt with apple and pear flavourings, brown sugar, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Spoon the mixture into small glass jars or a shallow dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine rolled oats, FA Speculoos flavouring, flour, sugar, spices, and a pinch of salt.
- Add softened butter and mix until crumbly, stirring in extra FA Speculoos flavouring if desired.
- Sprinkle the crumble over the Greek yogurt base, pressing lightly so it sticks but keeping it crumbly on top.
- Chill in the fridge for 1–2 hours to firm up, and serve cold, optionally drizzling extra FA Speculoos flavouring spread for more indulgence.
