How to Make Flavoured Irish cream

Create flavoured Irish cream liqueurs with flavour concentrates

What you’ll need

✦ Whiskey (Irish or bourbon)
✦ Sweetened condensed milk
✦ Heavy cream
✦ Flavour concentrate
✦ Blender or whisk
✦ Sterile bottle

Step by step guide

Build

Combine 1 cup whiskey, 1 cup sweetened condensed milk and 1 cup cream in a blender.

Flavour

Add ¼ tsp flavour concentrate and blend briefly. Taste and gradually increase up to ½ tsp per batch until you reach your preferred flavour intensity.

Finish

Blend until smooth and fully combined. Transfer to a clean, sterile bottle and refrigerate before serving. Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
