✦ 10–15 ml fresh lime juice, optional
✦ 20–30 ml pouring cream, coconut cream or dairy-free alternative

Step-by-step guide

Build

Fill a tall glass with ice, then add 250–300 ml of your chosen soft drink.

Flavour

Add flavour concentrate to taste, starting with a few drops. Add 10–15 ml fresh lime juice, if using.

Finish

Slowly pour 20–30 ml pouring cream, coconut cream or a dairy-free alternative over the top.
