How to Make Flavoured Cold Foam

Create café-style cold foam with premium flavour concentrates

Add flavour concentrate to your cream and milk base, then froth until thick and velvety.

What you'll need

✦ 60ml (¼ cup) cold heavy cream (thickened cream)
✦ 30ml (2 tbsp) milk (full cream or oat milk)
✦ 15ml (1 tbsp) Universal Flavours Sugar Syrup
✦ 5–10 drops of your chosen flavour concentrate*

*Flavour strength varies by profile. Start with a small amount and adjust to taste.

Step by step guide

Build

Add the cream, milk and sugar syrup to a glass or jug.

Flavour

Add 5–10 drops of your chosen flavour concentrate. Adjust to taste, then froth with a handheld milk frother for 20–30 seconds, until thick and velvety.

Finish

Pour over iced coffee, cold brew or an iced latte and serve immediately.
