Hibiscus & Tell Hibiscus Pomegranate Cocktail

Hibiscus & Tell 

Ingredients

45 ml pomegranate juice
15 ml fresh lime juice
2–4 drops Capella Hibiscus flavour concentrate
5–10 ml simple syrup, only if needed
30 ml gin or non-alcoholic gin (optional)
50–60 ml soda water
Ice

Method

Combine pomegranate, lime, Capella Hibiscus flavour concentrate and gin/NA gin with ice. Taste, adding a small amount of syrup only if the acidity needs rounding. Top with soda.
