Honey Trap

Ingredients

• 60 ml apricot nectar
• 15 ml fresh lemon juice
• 10 ml honey syrup (equal parts honey and hot water, cooled)
• 2–4 drops TFA Honeysuckle flavour concentrate
• 30 ml gin or non-alcoholic gin (optional)
• 50–60 ml soda water
• Ice

Method

Shake or stir the apricot nectar, lemon juice, honey syrup, TFA Honeysuckle flavour concentrate and gin or non-alcoholic gin with ice. Pour over fresh ice and finish with soda water. Taste before adding any extra sweetness.
