Ingredients

• 50 ml pear nectar
• 10–15 ml fresh lemon juice
• 2–4 drops FLV Sugar Orchid flavour concentrate
• 30 ml gin or non-alcoholic gin (optional)
• 50–60 ml soda water or non-alcoholic sparkling wine
• Ice

Method

Combine pear nectar, lemon, FLV Sugar Orchid flavour concentrate and gin/NA gin with ice. Pour into the glass and top with just enough soda/sparkling wine to lift it. Finish with the botanical drop if filming.
