Ingredients

• 80 ml Twinings Cold Infuse Mango & Passionfruit tea, chilled
• 30–40 ml pear juice or pear nectar
• 15–20 ml fresh lemon juice
  
• 2–3 drops FA Yuzu concentrate to start
• 2–4 drops FA Jasmine flavour concentrate
• 30 ml gin or non-alcoholic gin (optional)
• 40–50 ml soda water
• Ice

Method

Build the tea, pear, lemon, FA Yuzu flavour concentrate FA Jasmine flavour concentrate and gin/NA gin over ice. Stir well, then add a short splash of soda. Adjust yuzu only after tasting.
