Toasted Marshmallow Espresso Martini (Mocktail)
Ingredients
- 60 mL Lyre's Non-Alcoholic Gin alternative
- 45 mL freshly brewed espresso, chilled
- 30 mL cream
- 15 mL sugar syrup
- 1/4 tsp TFA Toasted Marshmallow flavour concentrate
- Ice
To Garnish (optional)
- Toasted marshmallow
- Coffee beans
- Light dusting of cocoa powder
Method
- Take a cocktail shaker.
- Add the Lyre's spirit, espresso, coconut cream, sugar syrup and TFA Toasted Marshmallow flavour concentrate
- Shake vigorously for 20–30 seconds until chilled and frothy. Add more ice and shake again.
- Double strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with a toasted marshmallow and a few coffee beans.
