Toasted Marshmallow Espresso Martini (Mocktail)

Ingredients

  • 60 mL Lyre's Non-Alcoholic Gin alternative
  • 45 mL freshly brewed espresso, chilled
  • 30 mL cream
  • 15 mL sugar syrup
  • 1/4 tsp TFA Toasted Marshmallow flavour concentrate
  • Ice

To Garnish (optional)

  • Toasted marshmallow
  • Coffee beans
  • Light dusting of cocoa powder

Method

  1. Take a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add the Lyre's spirit, espresso, coconut cream, sugar syrup and  TFA Toasted Marshmallow flavour concentrate
  3. Shake vigorously for 20–30 seconds until chilled and frothy. Add more ice and shake again.
  4. Double strain into a chilled martini glass.
  5. Garnish with a toasted marshmallow and a few coffee beans.
