Yuzu Vodka Spritz
A bright, clean spritz built around yuzu — sharp, aromatic citrus with a slightly floral edge. Crisp, refreshing and easy to customise, with optional sweetness from sugar syrup or stevia depending on your preferred finish.
Ingredients
- 30–45ml vodka
- Sparkling water or soda
- Ice
- 5–7 drops FA Yuzu flavour

2–4 drops TFA Passion Orange Guava (optional)
- 5–10ml sugar syrup or a few drops of stevia (optional)
- Lemon or orange slice (optional garnish)
Method
- Fill a glass with ice
- Add sugar syrup or stevia if you prefer a sweeter finish
- Add vodka
- Add 5–7 drops FA Yuzu flavour
- Add 2–4 drops TFA Passion Orange Guava (optional)
- Add lemon (optional, keep it subtle)
- Top with sparkling water
- Stir gently
- Garnish with an orange or lemon slice
Make It Yours
- No yuzu? Try blood orange or lemon mint
- Want it sweeter? Add stevia
- Want more depth? Add a second citrus note
