This Extra Strong (XS) formula is four times more concentrated than standard Capella Strawberry, delivering bold, vibrant strawberry notes at significantly lower usage rates. Ideal for beverages, confectionery, dairy, and baked goods. Note: only 10ml–250ml sizes are available for this product.

Recommended Usage Rates (XS — 4x Stronger)
This formula is four times stronger than standard Capella Strawberry — start at 25% of your normal usage and adjust to taste.
Beverages: 0.75% – 1.5%
Frozen Desserts: 1% – 2%
Candy and Confectionery: 0.75% – 2%
Baked Goods: 1% – 2.5%
Syrups and Sauces: 0.75% – 1.5%
