Suitable for use in beverages, confectionery, baked goods, dairy, and DIY flavouring. Recommended usage rates:
- Beverages: 0.3% – 1.5%
- Baked goods and desserts: 0.5% – 2%
- Confectionery and candy: 1% – 3%
- Ice cream and dairy: 0.5% – 1.5%
- DIY flavouring: 1% – 6%
Pairs well with passionfruit, pineapple, coconut, peach, lime, strawberry, and other tropical or stone fruit profiles.
