About Capella Flavors XS
Capella XS (Extra Strong) is a 2x concentrated version of Capella's classic flavour range. Since this concentrate is twice as strong as the original, start at 50% of your normal usage rate and adjust as needed. Capella Flavors is a California-based manufacturer known for its clean-label, highly concentrated, water-soluble formulations. No added sweeteners, fats, calories, or preservatives. Vegan and kosher-certified.
Recommended Usage Rates (XS – 2x Stronger)
Beverages: 1% – 2%
Frozen Desserts: 1.5% – 3%
Candy and Confections: 1.5% – 3%
Baked Goods: 2% – 4%
Syrups and Sauces: 1% – 2%
