Alpine Dew SC is a Universal Flavours super concentrated house blend. A crisp, refreshing flavour evoking cool mountain air and fresh green notes — clean, light, and invigorating. SC denotes super concentrated; use at lower rates than standard concentrates.

Fresh, cool, and green with a light citrus lift. Crisp alpine character with hints of mint, cucumber, and clean herbal notes. Bright and refreshing with a smooth, clean finish — reminiscent of fresh mountain spring water with a subtle fruity edge.
Applications
Suitable for use in beverages, confectionery, baked goods, dairy, and DIY flavouring. Recommended usage rates:
- Beverages: 0.5% – 1.5%
- Baked goods and desserts: 1% – 3%
- Gummies and candy: 1% – 4%
- Ice cream and dairy: 1% – 6%
- DIY flavouring: 0.5% – 15%
Pairs well with mint, cucumber, lemon, lime, green apple, and light floral profiles.
