Super Strawberry SC is a Universal Flavours super concentrated house blend. A bold, ripe strawberry flavour — sweet, juicy, and intensely fruity. SC denotes super concentrated; use at lower rates than standard concentrates.

Bright, sun-ripened strawberry with a sweet, jammy depth and a fresh, natural fruit finish. Full-bodied and vibrant with a slight tartness that keeps it true to the real fruit. Rich and satisfying — more strawberry than strawberry itself.
Applications
Suitable for use in beverages, confectionery, baked goods, dairy, and DIY flavouring. Recommended usage rates:
- Beverages: 0.5% – 1.5%
- Baked goods and desserts: 1% – 3%
- Gummies and candy: 1% – 4%
- Ice cream and dairy: 1% – 6%
- DIY flavouring: 0.5% – 15%
Pairs well with cream, vanilla, watermelon, lemon, rhubarb, peach, and other berry or fruit profiles.
