Yogult SC is a Universal Flavours super concentrated house blend. A smooth, creamy yoghurt flavour — tangy, mild, and dairy-rich. SC denotes super concentrated; use at lower rates than standard concentrates.

Applications
Suitable for use in beverages, confectionery, baked goods, dairy, and DIY flavouring. Recommended usage rates:
- Beverages: 0.5% – 1.5%
- Baked goods and desserts: 1% – 3%
- Gummies and candy: 1% – 4%
- Ice cream and dairy: 1% – 6%
- DIY flavouring: 0.5% – 15%
Pairs well with strawberry, mango, passionfruit, peach, vanilla, honey, and other fruit or dairy profiles.
