Pomegranate V2 is a flavour concentrate by Capella. A rich, bold pomegranate flavour — deep, fruity, and vividly tart. True to a ripe, freshly pressed pomegranate with a complex berry-like depth and a clean, slightly sweet finish.

Applications

Suitable for use in beverages, confectionery, baked goods, dairy, and DIY flavouring. Recommended usage rates:

Beverages: 0.5% – 2%
Baked goods and desserts: 1% – 3%
Confectionery and candy: 1% – 4%
Ice cream and dairy: 0.5% – 2%
DIY flavouring: 2% – 10%

Pairs well with raspberry, blackcurrant, cherry, rose, vanilla, and other berry or fruit profiles.
