About Capella Flavors XS
Capella XS (Extra Strong) is a 5x concentrated version of Capella's classic Sweet Mango. Since this concentrate is five times stronger than the standard Capella Sweet Mango, start at 20% of your normal usage rate and adjust as needed. Capella Flavors is a California-based manufacturer known for its clean-label, highly concentrated, water-soluble formulations. No added sweeteners, fats, calories, or preservatives. Vegan and kosher-certified.

Beverages: 0.5% – 1%
Frozen Desserts: 0.5% – 1.5%
Candy and Confections: 0.5% – 1.5%
