Recommended Usage Rates
Candy and hard confectionery: 1 tsp per 1 cup (approx. 1%)
Baked goods and icings: 1/4 to 1/2 tsp per batch
Beverages: 1/8 to 1/4 tsp per litre
Always start at the lower end and adjust to taste. LorAnn super-strength flavours are highly concentrated — a little goes a long way.
