Recommended Usage Rates
LorAnn super-strength flavours are highly concentrated — use at significantly lower rates than standard flavour extracts:
Hard candy and lollipops: 1 tsp per kg of sugar
Baking: 0.1% – 0.3%
Frostings and fillings: 0.1% – 0.25%
DIY: 1% – 3%
