Sweet cooked apple with warm cinnamon and spice, layered over a rich, buttery shortcrust pastry base. Soft and rounded with a gentle brown sugar sweetness and a baked, golden finish. True to a homemade apple pie fresh from the oven.

Suitable for use in baked goods, confectionery, dairy, beverages, and DIY flavouring. Recommended usage rates:
- Baked goods and desserts: 1% – 3%
- Ice cream and dairy: 0.5% – 2%
- Confectionery and candy: 1% – 4%
- Beverages: 0.5% – 1.5%
- DIY flavouring: 2% – 10%
Pairs well with vanilla, caramel, cinnamon, brown sugar, cream, custard, and other pastry or fruit profiles.
