Applications
Suitable for use in baked goods, confectionery, dairy, beverages, and DIY flavouring. Recommended usage rates:
- Baked goods and desserts: 1% – 3%
- Ice cream and dairy: 0.5% – 2%
- Confectionery and candy: 1% – 4%
- Beverages: 0.5% – 2%
- DIY flavouring: 2% – 10%
Pairs well with vanilla, caramel, chocolate, hazelnut, cream, and other dessert or confectionery profiles.
