Suitable for use in beverages, confectionery, baked goods, dairy, and DIY flavouring. Recommended usage rates:
- Beverages: 0.5% – 2%
- Baked goods and desserts: 1% – 3%
- Ice cream and dairy: 0.5% – 2%
- Confectionery and candy: 1% – 4%
- DIY flavouring: 2% – 10%
Pairs well with vanilla, ginger, cinnamon, raspberry, and other fruit or spice profiles.
