About UF Super Concentrated (SC) House Blends
Universal Flavours SC house blends are proprietary super-concentrated formulations developed in-house for precision flavour delivery. Significantly more potent than standard food-grade concentrates — use at substantially lower rates. Always start at the low end and adjust to taste.
Applications
Confectionery: Bubblegum gummies, hard candies, lollipops, and classic candy confections
Dairy: Bubblegum ice cream, bubblegum gelato, and novelty frozen desserts
Baking and Desserts: Bubblegum-flavoured cakes, cupcakes, and novelty desserts
