About UF Super Concentrated (SC) House Blends
Universal Flavours SC house blends are proprietary super-concentrated formulations developed in-house for precision flavour delivery. Significantly more potent than standard food-grade concentrates — use at substantially lower rates. Always start at the low end and adjust to taste.
Applications
Confectionery: Grape gummies, grape hard candies, lollipops, and fruit confections
Dairy: Grape sorbet, grape gelato, and novelty frozen desserts
Beverages: Grape sodas, fruit drink mixers, and novelty flavoured drinks
Baking and Desserts: Grape-flavoured novelty desserts and cakes
DIY: Pairs well with berry, watermelon, apple, and other candy fruit profiles
