About UF Super Concentrated (SC) House Blends
Universal Flavours SC house blends are proprietary super-concentrated formulations developed in-house for precision flavour delivery. Significantly more potent than standard food-grade concentrates — use at substantially lower rates. Always start at the low end and adjust to taste.

Dairy: Honeydew sorbet, melon gelato, and fresh fruit frozen desserts
Beverages: Melon sodas, bubble tea bases, and fruit drink mixers
