- Ice cubes (enough to fill a tall glass)

Instructions
Fill the glass: Add ice cubes to a tall glass.
Add milk and flavouring: Pour cold milk over the ice. Add matcha flavour concentrate.
Sweeten and mix: Stir in simple syrup or preferred sweetener. Stir well to fully combine the matcha flavour with milk.
Optional toppings: Add whipped cream on top, drizzle chocolate, or sprinkle crushed pistachios for a café-style finish.

How to Boost Colour?
A few drops of natural green colouring (spirulina or chlorophyll-based) works well. Mix into the milk with the matcha concentrate before serving.
