Applications
Suitable for use in confectionery, beverages, baked goods, dairy, and DIY flavouring. Recommended usage rates:
- Confectionery and candy: 1% – 4%
- Beverages: 0.5% – 2%
- Baked goods and desserts: 0.5% – 2%
- Ice cream and dairy: 0.5% – 2%
- DIY flavouring: 1% – 5%
Pairs well with chocolate, vanilla, spearmint, cream, and other mint or dessert profiles.
