TFA developed Lemon II as an updated alternative to their original Lemon concentrate. The original version, while bold and citrusy, contained ingredients that limited its application in some formulations. Version 2 removes certain compounds like traces of citrus oils, resulting in improved stability and versatility — especially in sensitive food-grade applications where clarity, shelf life, or regulatory compliance matter.
