Six mangoes went into this blend — UF Mango is a Universal Flavours house blend developed over 10 years of R&D, drawing on six different mango varieties to create a truly well-rounded, full-spectrum mango profile. No added sweeteners, rich and versatile, it delivers an authentic, multi-dimensional mango character across beverages, confectionery, dairy, and baked goods.
Flavour Profile
Top: Bright, ripe mango with a complex, multi-variety tropical fruit opening and a naturally sweet character
Mid: Full-bodied mango sweetness with a layered, well-rounded tropical depth drawn from six mango varieties
Finish: Clean, naturally sweet, and mango-forward with a rich, lingering tropical close

Beverages: Mango sodas, sparkling waters, energy drinks, smoothies, and cocktails
Confectionery: Mango gummies, hard candies, and chews
Baking and Desserts: Mango cakes, muffins, custards, and frostings
Dairy: Mango ice cream, yoghurt, and milkshakes
DIY: Pairs well with coconut, pineapple, passionfruit, and other tropical fruit profiles. Recommended sweetener: UF Sweetener at 1%

Recommended Usage Rates
Beverages: 0.5% – 1.5%
Baking and Desserts: 1% – 3%
Candy and Gummies: 1% – 4%
Ice Cream and Dairy: 1% – 6%
DIY: up to 16% (recommended with UF Sweetener at 1%)
Ingredients
Propylene Glycol (PG), Natural and Artificial Flavourings. May contain Ethyl Alcohol, Water, Gum Acacia, or Triacetin depending on the profile. No added sweeteners. Vegan, kosher-certified, and often allergen-free.
